    摘要：最常见的痴呆症类型是阿尔茨海默病，这给全世界的医疗保健系统带来了沉重的负担。同时，银屑病也是最常见的健康问题之一，作为一种皮肤病。阿尔茨海默病（AD）在银屑病患者中比一般人更常见。一些证据已经证明 AD 与银屑病之间顺利获得免疫介导的病理生理过程具有明确的联系。本文旨在总结 AD 与银屑病之间的潜在关系，同时根据这种关系提出建议。神经科医生、皮肤科医生要注意阿尔茨海默病和银屑病之间的关系。皮肤科和神经内科在必要时需要相互转诊。
